MEET CAPTAIN GEORGE
Captain George C. Allnet, IV is a lifetime resident of St. Bernard Parish. He has been fishing, trawling and crabbing in the local waters throughout his life. He began working as a deckhand on Mississippi River tugboats at the age of 17, and by the time he was 20 years old, he became a licensed Captain, driving along the Intercoastal Waterway, Mississippi River and Mississippi Sound. A few years after Hurricane Katrina, Captain George began working as a swamp tour guide and realized his true passion! He enjoys meeting and interacting with new people and showing visitors the local culture. This inspired him to establish a tour boat company in his hometown of Violet, Louisiana, where he can tell personal stories as he takes visitors through the waters on which he grew up. BAYOU TOUR
Take a 2 - 2.5 hour authentic tour in the beautiful bayous of St. Bernard Parish! Our small, casual, family owned and operated tours have a personal touch. Hear about local life, and take in the beautiful atmosphere. Your Captain, a lifetime resident of The Parish, will guide you through the beautiful waterways, where you will see various wildlife that inhabit the area, camps on the bayou, learn about our culture, ecosystem and more. You are sure to hear about your Captain's personal experiences working and playing on these waters throughout his life in this community. Perfect for a party, as you can eat and drink at our dockside Tavern before or after your tour, bring drinks on the tour, and connect your playlist to hear on the boat.

FISHING/CRABBING CHARTER
Book a fishing or crabbing charter with Captain George, who is a commercial crab fisherman, and has been catching fish from these waters all his life. He'll spend the morning taking you around to fish, or taking you to run his crab traps. Finish up in time to go back to our tavern to have your catch cooked for you to eat inside or on our dock.
